FSR2100是高度集成的高效半桥谐振型电源控制器,可简化设计,提高生产力和改善性能。FSR2100集成了带快速恢复体二极管的功率MOSFET,高边栅极驱动电路,精确电流控制的振荡器,频率限制电流,软起动和内置的保护功能,高达300kHz工作频率,主要应用在PDP和LCD TV,台式PC和服务器,适配器,通信电源和音频电源。
